FISHING
KAYAKS

Try your luck on the lake or in our stocked dams. Many a good sized Saratoga or bass has been caught using lures. Rods (including children's rods) and lures can be purchased from the kiosk.

See our rates page for applicable fees.

Kayaks are available for hire and are located next to the lake ready for you to use. Take a leisurely paddle and admire the flora and fauna that abounds around the lake.  Life jackets are provided.

See our rates page for applicable fees.

BIRD WATCHING

We have lots of birds that call lake redbrook home. We also have lots of bird visitors that like to take a holiday at lake redbrook, just like you!  At certain times of the year you may even see a Jabiru.

Observe the bird life from your patio, the bird watching tower, or hire a kayak and observe them from the water.

We also has a collection of both Australian and International breeds of finches.  You'll get hours of enjoyment watching the finches in a very natural setting.

BUSH WALKS

There is plenty to walk around and look at around the park.  We also have a bush walking trail, there is lots of flora and fauna to see along the track,  and our log cabin is worth checking out.

SWIMMING POOL

Cool off and relax in our salt-water swimming pool.

FRUIT TREES

We have a small orchard  with a range of different fruits available to try (when in season).  Some fruits you will know, others you may not.  Some of our different fruits include chocolate pudding fruit, sour sop, sapodilla and ice cream bean.

DEER

Our beautiful Moluccan Rusa's are quiet and timid. Be very gentle and respectful and they may eat out of your hand.

SUGAR CANE

Lake redbrook is also an operating sugar cane farm. If you're lucky enough to stay during the 'crushing' season you'll be able to see the cane being harvested.
